How We Make Reciprocating Saw Blades

Roll Uncoiling

The saw blade Advanced Manufacturing starts with large coils of flat stock brought in from reputable suppliers. These coils are hooked up to a machine for unspooling, straightening them out in preparation for the next step.

Blades Stamping

After unspooling, we stamp the blade pieces with precision tools to minimize waste. Any residue is recycled for the next batch.

Teeth Grinding

The blades are then ground using modern cutting tools to give them identical tooth patterns, ensuring constant performance when used.

Teeth Setting

Blades are then bent at a certain angle and in an alternating pattern, widening the blade and making sure they retain their edge longer.

Powder Coating

The blade surface then gets a powder coating, giving it a protective layer that enhances its durability while improving its aesthetics.

Brand Stamping

Using a combination of high-speed printer and UV curing lights, the blades are printed with your branding and logo on the sides. These prints have sharp colors and lasting designs, cementing your name in your customers’ minds.

Final Packaging

Last but not least is the packaging – where automated machines systematically pack each blade and prepare for shipping.
